Family Vacation, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Yellowstone!

The kids were in Illinois for three weeks visiting their grandparents, Steve and I talked about all the stuff we would do and get done while the kids were away, take a weekend trip to New Orleans, tackle the office and garage and lots of others things on our endless lists but non of that happened lol
with his work schedule and dedication to it and with my summer classes along with scouting and other church responsibilities we were just too tired and hung out around the house. we did take one Saturday morning to run the trail at Herman Park in Houston around the golf course, its a 4 mile trail and its something we've talked about doing for some time but never got around to doing it, so.... check that off our bucket list! #endlessadventures

We flew to Chicago to pick up the kids, stayed over night then flew to Utah to start our vacation. We visited Steve's parents and sister along with his kids and adorable grandkids. We hiked the Y on the side of mountain near BYU and did a couple other local things.

We drove up to Cascade Springs, so beautiful!

At the top of the Y, it was a pretty strenuous hike I didn't realize how difficult it was.

In Idaho, we went to Bear World.

 The bear cubs are adorable!!!

Fun in the pond on the rental property.

 Mesa Falls, Idaho
beautiful scenery.

 West Yellowstone, Montana

Great Vacation! Can't wait for the next one.

XOXO
